Terms of Service
The legal agreement governing your usage of the OrionHQ publishing platform.
1. SaaS Usage & Licensing
OrionHQ is owned and operated by Yoga Products Top Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the OrionHQ Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our services in accordance with your chosen subscription plan.
2. Subscription Plans & Billing
Subscription plans (Free, Pro, Enterprise) are billed on a recurring basis. All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Failure to maintain active payment billing parameters may result in immediate suspension of API workspace integrations.
3. Refund Policy
Refund requests are subject to review. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases on Pro tiers. No refunds are provided for monthly cycles already consumed or enterprise custom API allocations.
4. Agency & Enterprise Accounts
Agency and Enterprise tier subscribers are permitted to manage client workspaces. You represent that you have obtained proper authorization from client data subjects before connecting third-party API keys or logging client metrics.
5. User-Generated Content & AI Disclaimer
You retain ownership of all content published using OrionHQ. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated copy, recommendations, and content strategies are provided "as-is" and may contain errors. You remain solely responsible for validating published content.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrionHQ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, API failures, or compliance violations.
