Data Deletion Request
Public data deletion instructions and secure authenticated account deletion request workflow.
Anyone can request deletion of their OrionHQ account data, including account information, connected social account data, publishing metadata, workspace records, audit-linked profile references, and stored integration credentials.
To protect account security, OrionHQ requires users to log in again before submitting a deletion request.
How to request deletion
Log in to OrionHQ, return to this page, complete fresh re-authentication, confirm the permanent deletion notice, and submit the request.
What data is deleted
Your OrionHQ account profile, connected social tokens, workspace ownership data, scheduled publishing data, and associated personal records are queued for erasure.
Processing time
Requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days. Security, billing, or legal retention records may be retained only where required by law.

Secure deletion request
The deletion request is tied to your authenticated Firebase UID. You cannot submit a deletion request for another user's email address.

Public page access is intentionally available for compliance review. Account deletion submission is protected by Firebase Authentication, recent re-authentication, server-side UID verification, and immutable audit logging.
